It’s Ok To Talk was launched to help facilitate a dialogue on mental health and to help young people facing mental health problems and stigma.

We love to partner with like-minded individuals and organizations, to engage adolescents and young people on a variety of mental health issues. Our work has a special emphasis on the arts, social media and digital innovations. Reach out to us if you’d like to collaborate.
